Store Policy
TERMS OF SALES FOR ROCKABIRDIE REPTILES
* *Note that your failure to read our terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental will under no circumstances be a reason to consider them altered or void.
PAYMENTS
Rockabirdie Reptiles will not ship any animal unless paid in full prior to delivery. Customer can hold a reptile with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of fifty percent (50%) down with the balance due within Fourteen (14) days if that animal is available for holding. Animals that are available for holding are at Rockabirdie Reptiles discretion. Should Customer's reptile become ill or die during the 14-day period, we will provide Customer with a full refund. If, for any reason whatsoever, Customer fails to pay the balance prior to the expiration of the 14-day period, we will keep your fifty percent (50%) deposit and any additional money can be used as a store credit.
SHIPPING
We ship FedEx overnight priority with permitting weather and shipping is not included in the price unless indicated. Shipping is Monday-Wednesday through FedEx . Rockabirdie Reptiles is not responsible for ANY carriers delays. If there is a shipping delay, Rockabirdie Reptiles is not responsible in case of DOA. We will work diligently to go through the appropriate channels which includes our third party shipper that is used specifically for reptiles with shipping guarantee. However, we will assist in whatever possible to remedy the situation. Shipment is to be picked up from your closest Fedex hub. If customer is diligent on shipping to a residence-business that is not the designated fedex hub this will void Rockabirdie Reptiles live arrival guarantee.If due to weather animal can’t be shipped we can hold for the time necessary if it’s paid in full. If in this allotted time customer changes their mind on their purchase we will not offer a full refund on original form of payment but can offer a store credit for minus a 20 % cancellation fee.
We appreciate our customers and the safety of the animal and your satisfaction is our priority.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Rockabirdie Reptiles guarantees live arrival if the following criteria is met:
- Customer must pick up purchased animal within 2 hours from the time FedEx has it available fo pick up.
- It is the customers responsibility to notify Rockabirdie Reptiles of any problems within 1 hour of picking up package.
- Should a reptile arrive deceased, and Customer satisfies the above requirements, Rockabirdie Reptiles will provide Customer with a full refund. If Customer insists that Rockabirdie Reptiles ships directly to their door or if Hold for Pick up is not an option, live arrival is not guaranteed. Deceased animal must be photographed and sent to us as proof within the hour of pick up.
OTHER INFORMATION
* We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason. No sales to minors.
Rockabirdie Reptiles is not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
Please be aware of your own local wildlife laws and regulations. No shipments will be knowingly sent in violation of any state or federal laws, please do your research.
Sexing is not 100 % guaranteed but Rockabirdie Reptiles will provide a sex to the best of our knowledge.
