All payments can be done through our website, RockyHillGeckos.com (link in our bio). Check out our website for additional geckos and great deals!

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless there is an issue with the gecko. Make sure you do want the gecko and have money to pay for the animal. Sorry, no exceptions.

Payment plans are available over $300 or more. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal. Full balance must be paid off within 30 days.
Animals over $2000 are eligible for a 60 day payment plan.
If you decide you no longer want the gecko, any payments you made after the 30% will be transferred into store credit. No cash refunds are given. The 30% deposit will NOT be returned. A payment plan is a case by case scenario. Please let me know if you would like to do a payment plan. Some geckos are not qualified for a plan.

I ask that the gecko is paid for with friends and family if paying with PayPal. You can review my reviews on morph market and I can send references if you desire. If you insist on paying goods and services, I ask that you add 3.5% to the total price agreed upon.

In the small chance anything happens to the gecko, you will be notified immediately and you will receive a full refund along with the 30% deposit. You may also choose to transfer the refund to store credit to our shop.

Tail drops are something that happens to crested geckos. It is completely cosmetic and can happen at any given time. We do not give refunds for tail drops while the gecko is in our care, on hold, or being shipped. This is simply because geckos can drop their tail for the littlest of things and therefore, we cannot give out refunds if a gecko drops his/her tail.
If the gecko drops their tail while you are paying with a payment plan, you can cancel the sale, but the 30% deposit will not be returned.

Any gecko under 25 grams will be labeled with possible/probable male/female or unsexed. We check for pores around 3-5 grams and will let you know if we see any. Any gecko over 25 grams will be labeled as male or female, unless specified otherwise.
We cannot guarantee gender as pores are sometimes unpredictable, but will do our best of checking and will send you pictures of the loupe upon request.
No refunds will be given if the gecko is labeled probable/possible/unsexed.

We try our best to provide pictures that showcase the geckos true color. We use various lightings so the buyer can see how the gecko looks in different lighting. NO filters are used in our photos. Pictures fired up and fired down will be given to the buyer. We do not offer refunds on color/pattern. We can also send a video of the gecko in different lighting if the buyer requests it.

Gravid/Proven geckos are not under any warranty. If a gecko is sold as proven, there is no guarantee that the gecko will breed for you. We are completely honest with our geckos and will help you down the road with pairings, questions, but anything can happen. Geckos may not like each other, a diet can have an effect on egg laying and calcium levels, etc. We do not guarantee gravid females that the females will lay. Again, these are animals and a number of factors can have an impact on them. If we sell a gravid gecko, that means that she has been laying for us. After the gecko leaves our home, there is no way to say if she will continue to lay for you.

We only ship Priority Overnight through FedEx. I prefer to ship to your local FedEx hub since it’s safer for the gecko. I will include heat and cold packs when it’s needed. We use Cryopak Phase 22. Once a gecko is delivered to the hub/the location given, I need a confirmation of pickup within 20 minutes of delivery/signed for. If there is no confirmation, any warranty is voided. If buyer requests shipping Thursday into Friday delivery, our Live Arrival Guarantee is void.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, you will receive a full refund through store credit. We do not give out cash refunds. The buyer must pick up the gecko within one hour of delivery at your local FedEx hub. If the buyer picks up the gecko after one hour and the gecko has deceased or not well, no refund will be given. We do not have any live arrival guarantees if you insist on shipping to your home. No live arrival guarantee during months Dec-Feb, July-Aug

I must be notified within 20 minutes of the time the package was marked as signed and told how the animal is. If I do not hear from you within the 20 minutes (healthy or deceased), the live arrival guarantee is void.

Once a gecko is dropped off at our fedex hub, shipping is out of our control. We will keep up the tracking to ensure that your gecko gets to you safely. Rocky Hill Geckos is no liable if there is a delay due to shipping. If there is a delay in shipping through FedEx, Rocky Hill Geckos is not responsible if the animal passes.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the risks of shipping live animals.

I do accept returns on geckos in some cases. Gecko must be in the same health that I shipped it out as.
I will not refund the buyer until gecko is back in my possession.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs back to me.
Us purchasing a gecko back is a case by case scenario, and most of the time will receive store credit. We love our geckos and we want them to have a fantastic life!

No payment, no hold. Holds are a first come, first serve basis. If you send payment to hold a gecko, that is a binding agreement and tells me you agreed to my TOS. Payment plan or not, cash refunds are never given back. It is your responsibility to make sure that you would like the gecko. Any payments after the 30% you have made will be transferred to store credit in our shop. If you have made a deposit to hold the gecko over the 30%, you will receive a store credit for the payment you sent minus the 30%.
