Seller marked the leucistic Texas rat snake as the only one they had. When I inquired they sent me a picture and information. I was content with the information and picture, went ahead and paid and they shipped the snake. I indeed received a Lucy Texas rat, but it wasn’t the snake they sent me pictures and information on. I reached out, sent a picture of what they sent and what I received and they confirmed it twice to be the same snake. I told them it wasn’t. When I reached out, they were very condescending towards me and my sister whom I purchased the snake with. They said they refuse the picture over and over again since they all look the same. Refuse to acknowledge the mix up and hung up on me. Refused to contact me afterwards. MM refuses to acknowledge that seller is supposed to mark example photos under “example photo”. I wouldn’t have gotten the snake knowing it was slightly bug eyed, knowing no information regarding the specific snake I was inquiring about. Thanks again! - Mar. 10, 2026
