Rook Reptiles is a family owned and operated business in San Antonio, TX. We bought most of our original breeders from Red River Reptiles. We focus on designer ball pythons that have only high quality genetics. Our ball pythons are sold anywhere from professional breeders and collectors to pet only customers. We stand behind the quality of our pythons. They will make a great addition to your collection/family.
Store Policy

• Shipping within the United States of America only
• Buyer is responsible for shipping, unless otherwise stated in ad.
Payment
• We accept PayPal. Cash is also accepted for local pickups only.
• All purchases must be paid in full before shipping.
Payment plans
• We accept payment plans on our snakes.
• Non-refundable deposit of 50% will hold animal, unless another amount is agreed upon.
Shipping
• Shipping is with FedEx priority overnight only.
• We ship Monday – Wednesday only, unless other arrangements are made between both parties and as permitted by weather.
• If animal is dead upon arrival, a photo/video is required within one hour of delivery and/or pickup time, for a refund.
Outside of the one-hour timeframe or no photo/video provided during that hour will result in refund being void.
