Store Policy
My duty to all customers:
All animals are guaranteed to leave here 100% healthy and feeding well on stated food item. I often send feeding videos to buyers to assure confidence in their purchase regarding their animal’s progress. I am not responsible for an animal that does not feed in their new home, or responsible for anything that has occurred during transport. Although, I am happy to offer help to rectify any issues following any purchase. Customer support is very important to me as it should be for any reputable establishment.
Genetic Identification:
All recessive traits both homozygous and heterozygous are 100% guaranteed and will be provided with a genetic certificate. All other animals/incomplete dominant genes are identified to the best of my knowledge and using all of my experience. If I think a gene could be present, but I am not 100% sure due to it being subtle in a particular combination, I will not include it in the ID. It is important to me that I never charge for something that is not there. instead, I would rather a customer got a bonus with their purchase if I have missed something. Potential extras are always discussed before a purchase.
Payments:
Payments and deposits by PayPal or bank transfer. Payment plans can be arranged and will require a deposit to secure a purchase. Payment plan terms and deposit amount can be discussed and agreed. As a guideline, a 25% deposit is to be expected but can be reduced for larger purchases. Deposit amounts are always non refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Shipping & collection:
I always prefer collection in person as this reduces travel time and stress to the animal. It also reduces the risk from a bio security point of view. However, it’s not always possible or practical to collect in person, so a reptile courier can be arranged at additional cost to the buyer unless a deal has been arranged where I have included this.
