100% live arrival guarantee:
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. In order to qualify for the live arrival guarantee:
- you must be there to receive the package
- you must notify me of the animal's condition within 1 hour of the delivery.
- if the package is being held at a hub, you must pick the package up before the end of that business day
Health guarantee:
Animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health, eating prey as stated in their ad, and properly sexed. Customers purchasing an animal are expected to have basic knowledge of care and husbandry for the species they are purchasing. Once an animal is in your care, I am unable to confirm if the husbandry or environment is suitable for the animal youve purchased.
A few things that you must take into consideration:
- you MUST have a thermostat for each heat source you are using.
- give the animal time to acclimate to its new environment before offering to feed. Allow the animal at least a week upon arrival before offering food. Try to keep handling to a minimum within this first week. Also please do not offer babies food on a daily or every other day basis. They should be offered food once a week. If they do not accept their prey item, wait one week and try again.

Payment / Payment plans:
-I accept payment through PayPal only.
-If you would like to place a hold on an animal, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required for animals over $400. If you would like to place an animal on hold that I'd under $400, a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required. Deposit is required to start a payment plan. Payment plans and holds on animals can last up to 30 days for animals under $400. Animals over $400 a longer payment plan can be discussed.
Shipping:
-We ship through ShipYourReptiles (SYR), and we only ship when temperatures are between 40 and 100 degrees fahrenheit. Due to covid, the only recommended days to ship are currently Tuesday and Wednesday.
