Welcome to the Garden!
What started out as a couple of pets in 2012 has steadily evolved into a humble group and a true passion. Being a boutique breeder allows me to be well acquainted with each animal and personalize their care to best suit their individual needs. Because of this, I'm able to answer almost any question you can think of regarding a snake you're interested in! Communicating openly and honestly is integral to my operation as a person and in business. I am also happy to receive updates and/or provide insight regarding any snake acquired from me long after they've left my care.
Pairings are chosen meticulously with a priority on quality, compatibility, and out-crossing. Though royal pythons do have fail-safes in their genome to allow for occasional inbreeding in the wild, the levels it occurs in captivity can eventually surpass those measures and take a toll on their health. One of my goals is to prove you can still get gorgeous examples of a gene without losing out on robust genetic diversity. Invest in the best!
While I definitely tend to gravitate more toward darker color palettes, I work with a wide variety of genes both incomplete dominant and recessive. At the end of the day I'm just an aspiring artist and zoology nerd doing my very best to provide outstanding snakes to the trade. I look forward to a lifetime working with these wonderful reptiles-- as well as getting to not only witness, but participate, in what the future holds for various morphs.
Store Policy
𝓟𝓪𝔂𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼, 𝓓𝓮𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓲𝓽𝓼, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓡𝓮𝓯𝓾𝓷𝓭𝓼
• Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer backs out of a deal. Seller hereby specifies that payments are non-refundable, that all sales are final, and that the percentage of the sale that represents the non-refundable deposit shall not exceed 25% of the asking price.
• If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
• If Seller fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and does not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the Buyer within 3 days of payment, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
• If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
𝓐𝓷𝓲𝓶𝓪𝓵 𝓐𝓽𝓽𝓻𝓲𝓫𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓼
• Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
• If Seller ships the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR if they cannot send out the original animal. Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
• Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.
• Temperature-sexed offspring are not guaranteed.
• If Seller ships a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR. Claim Period is 3 days and Return Period is 1 week.
• Seller guarantees that the animal delivered will be at least 80% of the advertised weight and length. (For this reason it’s recommended to advertise the “dry” weight).
• If the animal received is less than 80% the of the advertised weight and length, as proven by the Buyer, Seller is responsible for FRR. Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
𝓐𝓷𝓲𝓶𝓪𝓵 𝓗𝓮𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓱
• Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
• Seller is responsible for shipping delays and mishaps (which should be rare with good shipping practices and offset with shipping insurance) except for those caused by the Buyer (e.g. wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.) or by FedEx (damage or delays that occur due to factors outside of the Seller's control during the shipping process).
• If an animal dies or is lost due to Seller negligence in shipping then Seller is responsible for FRR.
• If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then Seller is responsible for FRR. Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
• Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
