I am a young entrepreneur. I started collecting ball pythons, geckos, and many other animals when I was 9. I started out selling snake shed jewelry to fund my breeding projects. My vision for Royal X Reptiles is to provide healthy and quality animals to other breeders, the hobbiest and the pet owners. My goal is to one day be one of the best breeders and get my Biology degree. I want everyone to be encouraged to ask any questions. Open and honest communication is a promise to all customers.
Store Policy
By purchasing from Royal X Reptiles, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
We will ship next day pickup at your nearest authorized Fedex ship center ONLY.
Buyers must be 18 years of age.
We guarantee live delivery when held for pickup at your nearest authorized FedEx Ship Center and the customer picks up the animal immediately. If there are any issues with the animal upon delivery, we must be notified immediately. If a replacement is warranted, we will either ship a similar animal from our stock or issue a refund. Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receiving your animal. We do not guarantee the disposition of the animal.
The success of our animals is our priority. We are happy to offer guidance for any and all troubles you encounter over the animal's life. Please do not hesitate to contact Royal X Reptiles for troubleshooting and advice.
Genetics Guarantee:
We try our best regarding morph ID. All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. No animal will leave Royal X Reptiles until paid in full and all funds have cleared.
Sales are made on a first come, first served basis once all terms are agreed upon by both parties. Royal X Reptiles has the right to add and remove any animal listings and will do so under the premise that there are no active payments made.
We allow payment plans on sales over $1000.00. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 60 days. Conditions of payment can be discussed during the initial order. During this time, we will continue to feed and care for the animal as we do all of our others. If full payment is not received within 60 days, we reserve the right to put the animal back up for sale. If it sells prior to receiving your final payment, you will receive a full credit for funds above the initial 25% non-refundable deposit paid to put toward a future purchase with us. You are responsible for keeping up your end of the payment agreement. We will not be responsible for contacting with reminders.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR ANIMAL DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
We are FedEx Certified and ship via FedEx Express Overnight for next day delivery. We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. The health & well-being of our animals are our highest priority. As shipping rates vary to different areas, please contact us for quote.
