Royer Reptiles is the result of a passion - almost an obsession - with reptiles, and we want to share that with every single one of our customers! When you purchase an animal from us, you can be confident that it is of the highest quality, that it has been well taken care of and that we will be there to help you with any questions. We want you to experience the same joy and excitement that we do from working with these animals. It's difficult to describe the feeling when you see eggs hatch for the very first time.....or even the 50th time! It's truly remarkable. Store Policy
FREE Shipping on all ball pythons!
Free shipping applies to US domestic locations that do not require a health certificate.
We accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, money orders or cash.
Sales are first come, first served. You must at least place a deposit to claim an animal. We will not put them on hold just because you expressed interest.
Payment Plans:
Payment Plans are available for nearly all of the animals we offer for sale over $500, with a minimum 20% non refundable deposit, with 45-90 days given to pay the balance. Please contact us if you would like to reserve an animal and create a plan that works for you.
After you contact us and we agree on a time frame and payment schedule, all you have to do is pay as agreed. We will keep the snake you have reserved and continue to care for and feed it. If you are unable to pay as agreed, please contact us. Occasionally life throws curve balls. We may be able to renegotiate your payment schedule. If we have another buyer waiting for the animal you reserved, you may use the credit towards another animal that we have available, but all payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal as promised.
Packages:
We love to put packages together for customers and we will work with you on a discount if you do purchase multiple animals.
Shipping:
Shipping is included in the price of all ball pythons!
We ship priority overnight hub to hub through FedEx ONLY.
Overnight shipments will only be sent Monday-Wednesday and we reserve the right to delay shipment if the weather is unfavorable. This is not limited to very low or very high temperatures. Widespread storms, flooding and large wildfires can severely delay shipments and put animals in transit at risk.
We can also arrange for local pick up, or we can even bring your new animal to the next reptile expo we attend.
When you receive your animal….please check it immediately! We ask that everyone receiving a shipment from us notify us of safe arrival as soon as you can.
Guarantee:
If one of the available animals is heterozygous (het) or is possibly heterozygous (ph) for a recessive mutation, documentation can be included with that animal at your request. Genetics are always guaranteed. We also guarantee live arrival. If you have any concerns regarding a new animal, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
