*Payment Plan Requirements
25% NON refundable deposit using PayPal friends & family
Payment plans not available under $300
30 Day Payment Plans $300-499
60 Day Payment Plans $500-999
90 Day Payment Plans $1000 +
-Deposits/Payments made while in a payment plan are NOT refundable, no matter the circumstances. If you do not complete the payment plan as agreed, any payments made can be used on future purchase of reptiles we have available. It's your responsibility to contact us if you do not complete your payment as discussed.
-We use Reptiles 2 You to ship all live animal shipments. All of their guidelines must be met prior to shipping to avoid cancelling the insurance on packages. Pickup at the nearest hub is required for shipping when temperatures are over 86° on the receiving end. We only ship out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s for next day arrival.
*There will be no refunds issued associated with shipping delays until further notice.
*Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship.
-We guarantee health, genetics and sex of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival, we assume you are content with the animal(s) and no longer take responsibility for them.
