Store Policy
- We accept PayPal and bank transfers. Cash is also accepted in person for local Georgia residents.
- Short term payment plans are available for purchases over 500.00. Listed prices are firm if a payment plan is required.
- Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 30 and 95. Email us with a zip code for a quote.
- Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
- If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
- For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.
- In extreme temperatures we can ship same day service via airlines, airport to airport.
