A 25% non refundable deposit will secure chosen animal(s) for 4 weeks, by this time a further payment of at least another 25% must be paid, unless agreed otherwise.
If no agreed payment is made then any reserved animals will become available again without notice.
In the unlikely even of issues with any animal(s), we should be made aware within 48 hours of the snake being received and accepted in to your care, to discuss any potential full/partial refund or other necessary action(s).
Collection and courier service available if arranged by yourselves.
