Store Policy
OUR GUARANTEE: Health, sex, and recessive genetics/Hets are all 100% guaranteed. For non-recessive animals, we identify every animal to the best of our knowledge given the genetics involved in each pairing. However, it can at times be very difficult to identify with 100% accuracy animals that carry multiple genes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
PAYMENTS: We currently accept Credit Card, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. (Payments and deposits are non-refundable, all sales are final.)
SHIPPING: Weather permitting, animals will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery. We offer shipping Monday-Wednesday to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Shipping typically runs between $75-$100 depending on location and size of animal.
PAYMENT PLANS: We offer 30 and 60 day payment plans on a case by case basis. All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We do not offer any type of discounts on payment plans. Animals will be shipped after balance is paid in full. (Payment plans are only available for animals priced at $300 or more.)
