About

Store Policy
Payment and shipping. We accept payments through PayPal & Venmo. We will not ship if the temp is below 39 degrees. We will not ship if the temp is over 89 degrees. We prefer to use a hub close to your home unless agreed upon otherwise. Overnight shipping is only on Monday for Tuesday delivery and Tuesday for Wednesday delivery through Reptiles Express via Fed Ex. It is your responsibility to provide correct address if agreed upon a home shipment - it is also your responsility to research and know Fed Ex hub location for pickup. We currently do not ship to Canada or any other country outside of the U.S.
We have the right to any deny sale. All sales are also FINAL - there will be no returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
A one month payment plan is possible on geckos over $150, but purchase must be paid in full by date agreed upon. There is a 25% non refundable deposit fee to put a gecko on hold, and once placed on hold, the deposit cannot be transferred to another animal. If you cannot fulfill your part of the agreement, we will not refund deposit and you will only get back the payments you made after deposit. Geckos under $150 must be paid in full and shipped within one month of purchase, unless different time period is agreed on. Geckos sold during a sale must be paid in full, unless agreed upon otherwise - if you do not have the ability to pay in full, the sale price is void and the original price must be paid. All geckos must be shipped within one month of purchase, even if on one month payment plan. Winter holds are possible, which will be the only time we hold geckos longer than one month.
If a gecko drops it's tail during shipment, we will not offer discount or partial refund. If gecko arrives dead on arrival, we require five pictures of deceased reptile within one hour of confirmed delivery pick up. These pictures can be sent via email ([email protected]). Live guarantee is void if pictures are not sent within one hour of confirmed delivery pick up. If gecko dies within 3 days after confirmed delivery, a credit toward another gecko of similar price will be issued. If gecko dies while still in our care, you will be issued a full refund or a credit toward a similar gecko of your choice.
We do NOT guarantee the sex of any gecko under 20 grams because there is always the chance that we are wrong.
All geckos are fed Pangea and Repashy diet - it is suggested to continue this diet for maximum health.
