Store Policy

-All prices are plus shipping unless otherwise stated. I accept PayPal, zelle, cashapp, venmo, and cash. If paying with PayPal there will be a 3.2% fee added to the total unless paid with the friends/family option. Payment plans are available with a 25% non refundable deposit. Plans go as follows
-$300-$500 30 days to pay it off
-$501-$999 60 days to pay it off
-$1000+ 90 days to pay it off
If during a payment plan you need to cancel we'll discuss circumstances depending on value of the animal. Could result in a refund minus the deposit or a credit towards a future purchase. If for whatever reason during a straight pay you decide to cancel or back out in buying the animal there will be a 25% cancelation fee of the cost of the animal and the rest will be refunded. If for some reason I can no longer provide the animal all money including the deposit will be refunded or an alternate animal provided.

-We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. We ship with ship your reptiles and prefer shipping directly to the hub for the safety of the animal. Shipping is done only Mon-Wed. Upon arrival we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything wrong let us know immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of receiving the animal we assume you are happy with the animal and no longer take responsibility for them. If there is a DOA a picture and video proof will be required. A DOA will result in a refund or a replacement animal of the same genes and quality If one is available. Refund is only guaranteed if delivery is successful on first attempt if delivered to residents or picked up within 6 hours of arriving at the hub.
