PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS
We accept Paypal, money orders & cash* (*local pick-up only)
We offer 30 day payment plans on ball pythons over $350.00 with a 25% deposit. After 30 calendar days if purchase hasn't been paid in full deposit will be kept and sale will be cancelled.
SEX & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee the ball python morph and sex will be that of what you order/purchased for 48 hrs after shipment has been received. After that its the customers responsibility to verify morph & sex.
We guarantee live arrival as long as there were no delays in the shipment and it was signed for on the first attempt to deliver ( if multiple attempts are made to deliver the shipment guarantee is void)
SHIPPING***
We ship our ball pythons using SYR (ShipYourReptiles) via FedEx and follow their guidelines and will not ship if it is outside of those guidelines. We also only ship after customer has confirmed the shipping label is correct and verified that an adult will be present to sign for and receive the shipment.
We ship Monday-Thursday
Local pick-up and show pick-up is/are also available (ID will be required to receive in both cases.

Below 38°F: Can't Ship
38-91°F: Perfect Temps**
92-100°F: Can only ship to FedEx hub for pickup by customer.
Over 100°F: Can't Ship
** Also dependent on severe weather/conditions, natural events,holidays.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOUR BALL PYTHON ARRIVES
First thing to remember, your new baby was just picked up put in a bag,placed in a dark but comfortable box, and then had all kinds of weird stuff happen. Yes they may not be so excited when they first see you, just go slow and be gentle best thing is to open the snake bag while sitting on the floor or a table. (Just in case)
Now you have your snake out inspect it,check and make sure they arrived 100% safe. Then place them into their new home (which is already been prepared and at proper temp & humidity levels for at least a week) whether its a terrarium or a rack system.
Now the most important STEP let them relax for a few days, yes you can check on them make sure they are good. But don't go and try to handle them, yes your excited yes your new baby is awesome, but that will cause stress. We don't need anymore stress.
Now after your baby has settled, they are going to be hungry so go ahead and try to feed them. They are used to eating frozen thawed, so should eat frozen thawed on that first attempt but remember it was a stressful week so if they don't eat, and you don't have an appropriate size live feeder to try. Just let them be DON'T try and assist feed, just let them be, they will eat within the next week. And if you have any concern do not hesitate to call/text/message/email Savage Royals at anytime, we will be here for you no matter what, you now own one of our babies,and don't want anything to happen to them.
And after that first feed your on your way to what we hope will be many years with your new baby.
