Quality and Service:
Our goal is to provide high-quality animals to our customers.
All animals will be represented accurately and truthfully.
We ensure the health of all animals.
Buyers must confirm the correct sexing of animals within 24 hours of arrival.
Genetics:
We guarantee the accuracy of all our visual genetics and/or 100% het animals.
All guarantees apply to the original buyer exclusively.
Hets must be bred for 2 seasons to visual morph to guarantee visual offspring.
Payments:
All sales of live animals are final.
Full payment is required before shipping.
Sales on MorphMarket are also available on our website, www.thebuggplug.com. If interested, you can order directly there; always inquire about the animal so we can link it to you on MorphMarket.
Payments are processed through our website via DC/CC, PayPal, AfterPay, and CashApp.
We accept cash at various shows and offer curbside pickup in Lexington, KY.

Payment plans:
Payment plans are offered for animals priced over $500.
Placing an animal on a payment plan requires a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Payment plans typically run for up to 60 days, unless other arrangements are made.
If unable to continue with a payment plan, subsequent payments after the initial 25% deposit can be credited towards another animal.
Payment plans do not apply to auctioned animals.
Refunds:
We reserve the right to issue refunds.
Please contact us with any issues.
No Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on 2-day shipments.
We do not cover shipping costs for replacement animals.
Shipping:
We use FedEx Direct for all animal shipments on Tuesdays.
Reptiles are shipped overnight for $39.95.
Tarantulas, other invertebrates, and feeders can be shipped 2-day for $19.95.
No Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on 2-day shipments.
Live arrival is guaranteed under specific conditions.
Someone must be available to accept and sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.
Shipping must take place within acceptable weather ranges (not below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees).
Any deaths during shipping must be reported upon arrival.
