For you to receive the best service, animals and / or products we ask you to please read the store policy carefully, if you have any questions feel free to write to us and we will gladly reply.

SHIPPING
Shipping is offered via FedEx or UPS, live animals can only be shipped overnight, meaning that the package should arrive by 10:30 AM the following day (However, more remote areas may have a delay in arrival time).
Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday arrival. We do not ship for Friday nor Saturday arrival anymore as it’s not safe for the animals as FedEx or UPS will not guarantee a package not delivered Friday will be re- delivered until Monday.
US Shipments can only be made to the 48 continental states.
International shipping available. (After consultation and coordination).
Please ensure that the shipping information provided is correct to validate this guarantee. We are not responsible if you provide incorrect information related to shipping.
We only ship when temperatures are above 34 and below 90 degrees. We will check the weather in our area and the customers area to determine the best time to ship your package.
We will Not ship until we have agreed on a delivery date and times!

100% LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All animals are guaranteed alive and healthy arrival with the exception if no one is home to receive the package on the FIRST delivery attempt.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to be there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or our live arrival guarantee is void.
If FedEx or UPS leaves the package without a signature due to a signature release being on file for your delivery address, we are not liable if the animal is deceased or otherwise ill due to the package being left in the elements.
Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to FedEx / UPS at time of receipt and then immediately to us.
PAYMENTS
We accept several forms of payment including PayPal, Zelle and wire transfers.
We accept PayPal payments via email to [email protected] (Salvador Contreras).
We accept Zelle payments via email [email protected] (Salvador Contreras).
We accept Wire transfer payments (contact us to verify conditions and coordinate) (Additional bank fee may apply).
When sending PayPal, Zelle or Wire transfer payments, be sure to include in the notes the following:
The reptile ID Number and morph name
Your name and last name
Your shipping address
Your telephone number
Your email address
PAYMENT PLANS (applicable only for animals)
Payment plan options are available on animals over $500.
To place an animal on hold, the customer must provide a 25% deposit. Once a specific animal has been placed on hold, the funds cannot be transferred to another animal/item/customer. Deposits will only be taken on animals that are available.
Animals under $500, we will NOT accept a payment plan.
Animals with a cost of more than $500, 30 days, with a balance due within 30 days of the initial deposit.
IMPORTANT: If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until it’s paid off, If it should sell before you pay off the animal, you can transfer any payments, LESS YOUR 25% DEPOSIT, to another available animal(s) of equal or lesser value.
SEX GUARANTEE
Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of one week (seven days). This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
Any animal that is sold as unsexed but labeled probable male or female is not guaranteed.
We do our best to determine the sex of each animal, but it is not always 100% accurate.
SPECIAL CASES
All purchases of live animals are ultimate. No refunds will be made unless an animal is DOA and an animal of equal value is not available for replacement. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved, and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back, you must contact us within 5 hours of delivery.
A replacement or store credit will be provided.
