Shipping is actual cost, which is typically between $50 and $70. Shipping Tuesday and Wednesday as weather allows. Animals must be paid in full prior to being shipped. On-time and live arrival available for small surcharge through shipyourreptiles.com if shipped to hub (SYR requirement). Otherwise I provide live arrival guarantee if the shipment arrives on time (essentially a health guarantee). Either guarantee requires that the following conditions are met:
-Must be notified within 1 hour of receipt of animal.
-If shipped to hub, animal must be picked up within 2 hours of becoming available for pick up.
-If shipped to residency, must receive animal into the residence directly with no time sitting.
-Buyer must be able to provide video proof of the animal in question, showing the condition of the package and the condition of the animal itself.
-If guarantee terms above are met, buyer will receive refund of purchase price minus cost of shipping (unless chosen shipping insurance policy allows) and non-refundable deposit if applicable.
May offer payment plans on some animals with prior discussion. Payment plans offered will be at least 20% down with a 15-day hold. All deposits can be made in any amount above 20% up to the full purchase price of the animal and are non-refundable unless I cannot provide the animal purchased. All holds are placed on animals with the understanding that first payment is considered your deposit and is not refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Payment plans are strictly enforced. Do no enter into a payment plan if you do not think you can pay on time. 20% deposit is non refundable. If you enter a payment plan and fail to pay the full balance by the due date all animals included in the purchase will be placed back up for sale to the public and you will forfeit all payments made towards the the purchase.
Health guarantee:
-All animals will be thoroughly inspected before shipping. Animals will be shipped at appropriate weights, with no signs of illness or disease.
