Store Policy
Payment plans: Case by case basis, normally 25% up front and the rest can be negotiated. If buyer backs out of deal deposit will NOT be refunded and all other payments will be refunded. If buyer fails on payment plans agreed upon or no contact is had within 14 days of inquiry, buyer forfeits all funds paid for with no refund.
Heath Guarantee: All self-produced animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. All domestically bought animals that could potentially have health issues have been quarantined for up to 30 days, treated for any issues, and have been living healthy for 6 months.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed live, will be shipped via FedEx priority overnight. Buyer is responsible for picking up animal upon arrival within 1 hour from FedEx hub if available. All effort will be made by seller/buyer to ship to FedEx hub as this ensures the animal is in a controlled environment as soon as possible after being shipped to buyer. If no hubs are close to buyer, seller will work with buyer on best times based on weather and location to guarantee safe arrival to home. All shipping is done through https://www.shipyourreptiles.com/ for best times and shipping rates.
Local Pickup: Always available for local buyers to skip shipping cost.
Animals: All animals pictured indicate exact animal listed. Sex & weight are guaranteed accurate as of time of posting ad.
Claims: Any issues with animal after arrival must be made within 7 days of receiving (sex, weight, health issues). Full refunds will be guaranteed for any issues on buyers part. After 7 days seller is fully responsible for the health and safety of the animal.
DOA: If animal is Dead On Arrival (DOA) photo evidence must be provided within 4 hours of arrival at FedEx hub or home and sent to [email protected].
