You must accept the package on FedEx’s first attempt of delivery, and have one hour after delivery to report dead on arrival(doa), and animals health issues. If you fail to do so, you forfeit all guarantees.( during Covid 19 animals will be sent to your nearest fed ex hub) All sales are final, no exceptions.
