Store Policy
All animals are shipped, marked, labeled & properly packaged through FedEx overnight priority mail in compliance with all rules and regulations. A tracking number will be provided. Live arrival is guaranteed provided you are present to sign (if delivered to address) or picked up within 1 hour (if held at local FedEx). In the event an animal is DOA, a replacement or credit towards our business will be offered.
All payments received through Square or PayPal. A 30 day payment plan is available on any purchase of $250.00 or more. A 25% deposit will be made to reserve the animal. The balance must be paid within 30 days or the deposit and any subsequent payments will be forfeited. If you cannot complete the payment plan or purchase the animal for any reason, credit will be issued.
