Sin City Exotics Store Policy
• Please note that failure to read our terms and conditions for any reason will under no circumstance be a reason to consider them altered or void.
• All sales are final unless there is an error as set forth in these terms, conditions, or guarantees.
• Sin City Exotics has a live arrival guarantee. For this live arrival guarantee to be valid, someone needs to be available to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt if being delivered to your door or picked up within 2 hours if being held for pickup at a FedEx hub. We will not guarantee live arrival due to carrier error or inclement weather delays; however, we make every attempt to ship around inclement weather possibilities. Animals that are dead on arrival need to be reported to us along with pictures within 2 hours of receiving the animal or this live arrival guarantee is considered void.
• Animals will only be shipped as FedEx Priority Overnight, no exceptions. If morning temperatures are over 85 degrees or below 45 degrees, then the animal(s) must be shipped as “hold for pickup” to your local FedEx hub. Shipping address on the shipping label will be the address to the specified hub. FedEx Print & Ship Centers are not considered a hub and will not be shipped to these locations. Any shipments not addressed to the hub and are outside of these acceptable temperatures will void our Live Arrival and Health Guarantees. If you need the address to your nearest hub please contact us.
• There are no refunds on shipping charges.
• Sin City Exotics makes every attempt to have your animal properly sexed, if the animal is sexable, based on our experience and knowledge. However, errors do occur and if your animal was not properly sexed, we will refund or replace the animal once it is back in our possession. Before the animal is shipped back to us, we need to see pictures verifying the incorrect sex and that the animal being sent back is the actual animal received from us. We need to be notified of the incorrect sex within 2 hours of receiving the animal or this guarantee is void. If the animal was not specified to be a specific sex upon purchase or is not of a sexable age, then this guarantee is void.
• All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding at the time of sale. Please allow some time for the animal to settle into its new home before deeming the animal as not eating. Some animals won’t eat right away due to shipping and a new environment. Once an animal is out of our care, we are no longer responsible for any fatalities or injuries due to improper husbandry or extreme temperatures.
• Sin City Exotics is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you choose to take an animal to a veterinarian, you do so at your own expense.
• In accordance with FDA regulations, turtles, and tortoises less than 4 inches offered by us are strictly for educational, scientific, or export purposes only. They are not sold as pets.
• Sin City Exotics is not responsible in any way for the action(s) of the animal(s) purchased through us. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility if he/she or anyone gets bit, scratched, physically debilitated, or any other injury inflicted by the animal(s). These are exotic animals, and you should always exercise caution and safety with all animals at all times.
• Payment plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Payment plans will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and timelines for payments strictly adhered to. Note that deposits and subsequent payments are nonrefundable in the event the buyer backs out due to our need to remove the animal off the market and provide housing, care, and food during that extra time.
• Sin City Exotics reserves the right to refuse sale to any buyer for any reason.
• Sin City Exotics reserves the right to alter these terms, conditions, or guarantees at any time at our sole discretion.
