Terms of service:

BY PURCHASING AN ANIMAL FROM US YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW.

Animal Holds:
To place an animal on hold with us, we require a 25% down NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Once the animal you have chosen is placed on hold you have 1 day (24 hours) to either pay off the gecko or start up a payment plan with me. If you do not place a deposit hold with me this gecko can be sold at any time.

Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans for any animal over $650. To start up a payment plan with us, contact us stating you would like to start one. After this you will need to put down a 25% non refundable deposit, if you haven’t already. Once this is issued the full price of the animal must be paid off within 60 to 90 days depending on animal pricing. *we understand things do come up on occasion just keep us in the loop and we can discuss how we can continue the purchase.* If within the 60 to 90 days the payment plan isn't completed and you are not keeping me in the loop / not paid off within a considerable amount of time all payments sent to me are final. We also do not guarantee tails at all during the payment plan period as tails can drop without anything happening. Tails are aesthetic and they don’t need a tail to have a normal life. We will not refund or discount any animal for tail drops while in my care during payment plan period or waiting to be shipped.

Shipping:
We will only ship out animals when it is safe to do so. The animals' safety is our first concern. We are willing to hold any animal till it is safe to do so.
We will not ship out an animal if the day time temperature is below 40 *hub pickup* and is higher than 85 degrees *hub pickup*. If a gecko does drop its tail during shipment *this does happen from time to time because of stress* don't worry this will not affect the health of the animal in any way it is more for looks than anything. As stated above we do not offer refunds based on dropped tails. If the animal is dead on arrival (this is a very rare situation but needs to be stated) please inform me IMMEDIATELY and send me photos. We can work on a replacement animal if we are at fault in any way. For DOA cases all animals must be put into their cages within one hour of the delivery time (home drop off) and must be picked up within one hour of pickup time for hub pickup. Once picked up from the hub I do not offer DOA cases, say your AC or Heat kills the animal on the way home. There are too many factors that can happen from the hub to your home. *Must contact us within the one hour of arrival to confirm this is done.If this isn't done it voids out the DOA refund & 4 Day Health Guarantee.*

Local Pickup:
Must be placed into a tank/tub within 5 mins of the drop off. (Pic of animal in tank- if not done this will void health guarantee) Will drop off at your place to insure the gecko isn’t left in a hot car or anything bad. For local pickups we do also have a health guarantee of 4 days. *please read the health guarantee below for more info*


Health Guarantee:
We offer a 4 day from delivery date health guarantee on all animals. If anything seems off about the animal or any sort of concern please contact us immediately no matter what time of the day it is. The animals' health is our biggest concern. If the animal dies within the 4 day period we will ask you to take the gecko in for a necropsy. *Place the animal in a ziplock bag and put it in the fridge *NOT FREEZER* until you are able to take it to the vet. If the results show it is something that wasn't based on your care we will find you a replacement to suit your needs. You must show receipts from the vet. This all being said the animal needs time to adjust to its new environment so if you are handling the animal within this time frame it will void the replacement as well. Shipping causes a ton of stress upon these animals, so being in a new environment as well as being handled can cause issues. *4 Day Health Guarantee Not Valid if not contacted within 1 hour of arrival time for home delivery or 1 hour of arrival time at hub*
