Multiplayer Morphs is owned and operated by Lauren and Jeff Grey. We are located in Kittanning, PA. Lauren is the main face of the business, and started keeping ball pythons back in 2018. The Grey's are a team and work together to produce beautiful, quality ball pythons.
Store Policy
By purchasing an animal from Lauren Grey/Multiplayer Morphs, you are agreeing to the following terms:
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy & correctly sexed. I have the right to refuse a sale to anyone that I feel is not fit to properly manage, house, feed, and provide for one of my animals.
**It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to all state and local laws.**
PAYMENT:
**I only accept debit/credit cards through Square invoicing service, or cash for in person sales.
Payment plans are available. I require a 25% deposit, and the balance paid in full within a discussed time frame between the buyer and myself. The length of the payment plan can be based off the total cost of the animal in higher value purchases, with the longest being 3 months.
You will have a 24 hour courtesy hold after an invoice is sent to pay the deposit to place the animal(s) you are interested in on hold. Animals will NOT be marked as "On Hold" until the deposit is received. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, the animal(s) will be considered as available for purchase for any other interested parties.
Balance must be paid IN FULL before shipping.
*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUDABLE. Any failure to follow through on payment terms from the customer will render any payment/deposits forfeited.* **ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
SHIPPING:
Animals will only be shipped during appropriate shipping temperatures (40-90 degrees Fahrenheit) in both my location, the customers location, and the hub location the animal will travel through.
If you do not provide proper shipping information and/or are not available to sign for/accept the package, live arrival guarantee will be voided.
Animals will ONLY be shipped to the customer's local FedEx Hub for the safety of the animal.
*There is no live arrival guarantee below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees*
If there are any issues upon the animals arrival, I must be notified within 1 hour of you receiving the animal. I require pictures to prove a DOA within 1 hour of the animals arrival. In the event of a DOA, I will replace the animal with another of equal value or, if I don't have another animal of equal value available, you will receive store credit, or a full refund.
