About
Reptile Design Plus is a home-owned and run exotic animal supplier with investment quality animals for companionship, species conservation, breeding and educational purposes. Animals that aren't offspring from my own collection are from responsible and humane sources or were rescued/rehabilitated (for rescue/rehabilitated cases, it will always be clearly stated in the animals description).
I've had success shipping reptiles year-round (yes, even when it's super cold!) We pack and insulate our boxes based on the season! When it's time to ship your reptile, we check the entire USA weather map to decide if we need a cold or heat pack, or neither! For example, if the weather is warm/hot here, but cold/warm where you are, we generally don't need a heat or cold pack as it could freeze/burn the animal in the cooler/warmer regions it may cross. If any of those temperatures are too extreme (see shipping information), we wait to ship until weather permits. We ship late in the day, so animals are actually on route after the sun is already retreating and we take all of this into consideration when shipping our animals!

(1) Shipping is overnight with FedEx/ShipYourReptiles. For a quote, I'll need your zip code. To hold an order $300 or more for more than 3 days and not to exceed 30 days, a %25 non refundable deposit is required. Payment is made available through PayPal, Cashapp, or Zelle. Animals are not shipped until payment is cleared in full!
(2)Live Arrival Guarantee, or LAG, is only available under ideal temperatures in both locations (Above 50 and below 90 degrees) To ship colder is at the buyers risk.
(3)In case of a DOA, (under LAG) it is the buyers responsibility to contact us within 2 hours of delivery with any issues. Any DOA will be replaced if possible, or refunded...however shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery must be taken on the first attempt. Heat packs/cold packs provided when needed at no extra cost as supplies last. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
4) *New* For crested geckos listed as a specific gender the gender will be clearly stated in the animals description and pores or lack thereof are double-checked with a digital microscope for accuracy and photos of gecko from the microscope are available upon request. I am not responsible for geckos losing their tail during shipping.
