*By purchasing from SKYzthe1imit Exotics you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below.*
-You must be 18 years or older or have direct permission from parents in order to purchase a living animal from SKYzthe1imit Exotics.

The following are our terms and conditions pertaining to all reptile sales:
- All Sales final, no refunds.
- All geckos labeled probable or possible male/female or pores visible/no pores visible are not guaranteed. We do our best to sex all geckos as accurately as possible however we cannot guarantee sex on geckos below 20 grams.
- SKYzthe1imit Exotics does not guarantee color / pattern development as we cannot accurately predict how geckos will develop into adulthood as they can change drastically in some cases.
- All animals sold are guaranteed healthy prior to leaving our facility. We offer a 3-day health guarantee with every animal we sell. In the event of any and all issues we encourage clients to reach out to us ASAP so we can assist you.
- Buyer assumes all responsibility in regards to proper husbandry including: Humidity, Temperature, food, water, etc. If for any reason a purchased animal should pass during the 3-day warranty period clear photographic / Video evidence must be submitted alongside photos of the animal's set-up ASAP.
- All communications between buyer and seller will be retained on file in the event of issues, claims, or disputes.
Shipping:
- During winter and summer shipping will be planned accordingly between both parties when weather is in the 35-80F range on both ends. If in the event there is a no ship advisory in place shipping will need to be rescheduled for a future date.
- We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
- We offer shipping in the continental United States only at this time.
- Shipping will be communicated and scheduled between both parties taking into account climate conditions on both ends in order to prioritize safe shipping of all animals. We are not responsible for tail drops in the event of an instance during shipping. In the event of DOA we require notice within a time window of 1hr after package has been received/signed for. We also require all shipments to be picked up from the designated hub location in a timely manner as part of our terms of service.
- Live arrival guarantee only applies to shipments that arrive on time and that are sent to / picked up from a local fedex hub. Buyer assumes all responsibility in regards to pick-up and safe transport from Hub to home. We ask that within a hour of picking up shipment from designated hub facility that the box is opened and animal is visually inspected. SKYzthe1imit Exotics is not liable for death or injury to animal as a result of improper transport from hub to home. In the event of a DOA( Dead on arrival ) clear photographic and video evidence must be provided within a hour of pick-up otherwise Live arrival guarantee is Void as these situations must be reported immediately.
- Be aware that shipping issues during transit are a possibility as delays do happen. We do our best to ensure all animals are packed for success in the event of possible delays. We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages by FedEx, however we encourage active reporting of any damages or observed mishandling of the package so it can be reported.
Replacements or Credit:
- We do not offer replacement, or credit for the following reasons:
1. Tail drops
2. Skittish behavior
3. Defensive behavior
4. Lack of entertainment and/or emotional bond.
5. Sexing on probable males or females is not guaranteed on any gecko under 20 grams and credits or replacement will not be offered on any gecko labeled probable or unsexed in the event animal matures to an undesired sex.
6. Death or injury due to improper husbandry, improper handling, injury caused by household pets( Cats, dogs, etc ), Death or injury due to improper transport from hub to home upon initial delivery (IE: Leaving your gecko in a vehicle unattended during extreme high or low temperatures or if the gecko gets loose in said vehicle as a result of taking selfies for social media).
DOA Procedure:
- Per our TOS we require that all shipments that arrive on time be picked up in a timely manner.
- In the unlikely event of a DOA ( Dead on arrival ) photographic / Video evidence must be submitted within a hour of receiving shipment.
- SKYzthe1imit Exotics is not responsible for DOA occurrences due to shipping delays and assumes no legal liability as a result of issues internally with FedEx as situations do occur.
- Any and all claims will be handled on an individual to individual basis.
Payment plans:
- Payment plans are available for animals $300 and up.
- We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total asking price and a maximum of 30 days will be given to pay balance in full from the date of the initial deposit.
- All communications will be retained during the process.
- Animals will not be shipped under any circumstance until balance is paid in full.
- In the event more time is needed to complete a payment plan communication is mandatory and additional time may be granted.
- In the event buyer fails to communicate responsibly in a timely manner in regards to delays, payment issues, etc. in the agreed timeframe between both parties buyer forfeits both their initial deposit and animal.
- Once a payment plan is established and initial deposit is received buyer is obligated to complete the payment plan agreement. Failure to complete the agreed upon payment plan will result in forfeiture of the animal and money paid towards said animal.
- Buyer agrees to maintain regular communication during a payment plan. Ghosting and lack of responsible communication will not be tolerated.
- Buyer must fully read and agree to our Terms of service prior to being placed on a payment plan.
- SKYzthe1imit Exotics reserves the right to refuse sale of a gecko to any individual at any given time.
By making a purchase with SKYzthe1imit Exotics, the buyer accepts our terms and conditions outlined above.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy

Wholesale Policy
Discounts will be given if the purchase is 2 or more geckos. Special discounts for packs of 5 or 10 geckos. Feel free to ask about mystery wholesale boxes; they will be unsexed, 3-10 grams, random pairings, and lineage can be provided if requested.
