Livestock Courier:
All of our livestock requires delivery via a courier service. You may wish to enquire about a courier service yourself, which is fine if you just let us know when the courier is due to collect the animal from us. We use a reputable courier service. On purchasing livestock from us you can ask us to book the courier for you, or if you wish you can book the courier yourself.
Please note: We cannot book an exact time and date of your choosing as the courier has many bookings and has to plan his route. You may have to wait a maximum of 3 weeks for the courier to complete your delivery depending on thieir existing bookings and runs.
Livestock Guarantee:
Slitherin Reptiles offers a 48-hour guarantee on selected livestock.
As an industry standard, all our livestock is guaranteed for 48 hours from the date and time of purchase. No refunds or returns will be accepted after this time.
