We breed western hognose, rosy boas, and have a project to breed russian sand boas. We love these snakes and try to learn each individual's personality.
Store Policy
Here at Snakes N my Boot our snakes are each loved and cared for with individual attention. We try to learn each snakes personality and individuality.
PAYMENT:
All sales are final, unless there is a confirmed health issue with the animal received.
We accept Square, Venmo, or Zelle. We do accept PayPal but due the 3% service fee it is not preferred. We ship only to Fedex hubs especially in extreme weather conditions.
All deposits up to 30% are nontransferable and nonrefundable unless in the unlikely event Snakes N my Boot backs out.
Payment is due in full when purchased unless prior payment plans are arranged. Payment plans are on a case by case basis.
PAYMENT PLANS: We have 60-day PAYMENT PLANS available, but only for snakes above $500. We require a deposit of at 25% to hold the snake for you and full payment must be given within 60 days. All deposits up to 30% are non-refundable as we lose out on other potential sales if we hold a snake for you. I can give you more details on the payment plans if interested.
By making any purchase buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
SHIPPING:
We ship anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own.
*Due to local state law, we do not sell or ship Western hognose to CO, and proof of permit is required for sales to IL, OK, IA, and MO*
Animals are shipped via overnight Fedex and sent to Fedex hubs preferably.
All animals are shipped Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday delivery ONLY.
Snakes N my Boot are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays by FedEx, including but not limited to: plane mechanical issues, FedEx employee and/or paperwork errors, air traffic delays, unpredicted weather events and/or acts of God.
Snakes N my Boot not responsible for delivery delays due to buyer error, including but not limited to: incorrect address, not picking up animal(s) held at hub on delivery date, not answering the door, etc
Shipping costs vary based on location, amount of animals, and weight of those animals. All shipping costs will be quoted prior to purchase and will be charged to buyer unless otherwise discussed and agreed on.
We do not offer insurance on reptile shipments at this time. If you would like insurance it must be purchased by the customer at 2.5% of the value; e.g., a $400 snake will cost $10 to insure. Although the risk of delay is minimal with priority overnight shipping, this option is available at the customer's expense if desired.
HEATLH OF ANIMALS:
All animals sold were produced by Snakes N my Boot unless stated otherwise.
All animals sold are in good health. If there are any health concerns please notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt of the animal.
Animals listed for sale are consistently feeding on unscented f/t mice unless stated otherwise.
ANIMAL GENDER AND TRAIT GUARANTEES:
All animal traits are guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
We do all we can to identify gender of the animal. At this time we do not guarantee gender of baby snakes unless specified.
RETURNS:
Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are NOT guaranteed. We do not generally accept returns unless an issue presents itself within the 24-48 hour period of receipt.
We recommend taking photos or a video of unboxing your animal once it arrives if there are any health concerns or DOA.
In the unlikely event of a DOA, buyer must notify Snakes N my Boot within 4 hours of the package being delivered.
