I'm an animal lover and basement ball python breeder located in Maine USA. Ball pythons have been a passion of mine for almost 10 years. In addition to the snakes I have run a successful small business for 12 years. In business clear communications and delivering on what is promised is key to success. When you purchase an animal through SnakeWerks you have a direct line of communication to the owner and all snakes are produced by me in house.
Store Policy
SnakeWerks guarantees all snakes sold by us to be correctly sexed, healthy, and feeding prior to delivery. Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed. All animals come with a one week health guarantee. Animals are available on a first come first serve basis. There are no payment plans available at this time. Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Credit Card, bank transfer, or if picking up locally cash. Payment in full is required in order for a snake to be shipped or picked up. All shipping is through Ship Your Reptiles. Buyer must receive animal on 1st delivery attempt or there is no health guarantee. If you choose to pick them up from a FedEx hub, you must do so within two hours or guarantees are nullified. If incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified. Shipping will only proceed during proper weather. Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of receiving animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. A video recording of the exact Ball Python must be received if animal is DOA .
DUE TO DELAYS CAUSED BY THE PANDEMIC ALL SNAKES WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR NEAREST FEDEX HUB. THERE IS NO HOME DELIVERY.
