Asked seller to hold for pickup at hub due to cold weather. Seller decided to ship to house instead. No heat pack, frogs ended up dying. Seller blame shifting and not helping after the fact. Would not buy from if shipping is involved. - Nov. 02, 2023

I purchased an albino and an axanthic iguana. Both animals arrived in the same bag, I would expect each animal to have their own bag. I got a screen shot of the tracking number but little to no other communication was made after I purchased them. - Jul. 01, 2023
