Asked seller to hold for pickup at hub due to cold weather. Seller decided to ship to house instead. No heat pack, frogs ended up dying. Seller blame shifting and not helping after the fact. Would not buy from if shipping is involved. - Nov. 02, 2023

This is a flat out lie, the address that the buyer gave us was a FedEx hub. We did not know that the time it was a FedEx hub because we asked him to give us a UPS hub to hold his animals for we have a UPS account and FedEx will not accept UPS package - Nov. 02, 2023
Morphmarket sided with me on shipping delays being seller's responsibility. Seller upheld DOA policy for dead frogs. - Nov. 13, 2023
