SoCalHerps are one of the top Red Eyed Crocodile Skinks (Tribolonotus gracilis) breeders in the United States. We are also currently breeding the following:

Terms of Sale
Shipping
All animals will be shipped by FedEx (only) overnight express at a mutually agreed upon time, place and date, weather permitting. I guarantee live arrival and the customer must call or email within 2 hours of receiving the package to assure that the package has arrived on time and alive. However should there be a problem with the shipment (DOA) all animals must be returned and I will reimburse the cost of the animal except for the shipping. Temps will be discussed before shipping, no guarantee will be given if shipped when temp are below 40 degrees and above 90 degrees.
Animal Guarantee
I guarantee all animals to arrive correctly sexed and in good health. I must be notified within 24 hours if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase so that a replacement, or credit for future offspring can be arranged. No returns or cash refunds. Shipping is non-refundable.
I can not control nor can I be responsible for any environmental conditions that may affect the eating habits or health of your animal after it has been in your care for more than 48 hours.
Live Arrival Guarantee
I guarantee live arrival unless temperatures at any stop en-route to the destination are below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees. You must be there to sign for the package on the FIRST delivery attempt or my live arrival guarantee will be void. I am not responsible for any carrier delays, mishaps or mistakes.
Note: My live arrival guarantee is void if you provided me with incorrect shipping information. Please carefully provide me with your complete shipping information and a time you will be able to accept and sign for the package.
Deposits
I require a 25% deposit to hold any animal(s). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Do not send a deposit if you do not fully intend to buy the animal. The ONLY time a deposit will be refunded in cash is if I do not produce an animal or the animal dies before it is shipped to you.
Price changes
All prices are subject to change. As they gain weight they gain value. Therefore prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Payment Plans
Payment plans will be made available on a case by case basis. Once a payment plan has been made the animal will taken off the market and will be considered sold. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual at no charge to the customer. If for whatever reason the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed all monies will be refunded except the 25% deposit. Most payment plans must be paid in full within 30 days
Laws
It is your responsibility to know your local, state and/or federal laws. No hognose snakes will be sold or shipped to the state of Colorado. Illinois customers must have a state permit.
Drama Clause
This is a family run business so you must be polite and respectful when you call or send emails. Any profanity or condescending remarks of any kind will not be tolerated for any reason and all sales will stop immediately.
