TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of all reptiles by Reptile Makers. By agreeing to purchase an animal from Reptile Makers, you (the "Customer") agree to the following:
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PLANS
Reptile Makers will not ship reptiles before they are paid for in full. Customer can hold a reptile with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of fifty percent (50%) down with the balance due within Fourteen (14) days. Should Customer's reptile become ill or die during the 14-day period, Reptile Makers will provide Customer with a full refund. If, for any reason whatsoever, Customer fails to pay the balance prior to the expiration of the 14-day period, Reptile Makers will keep your fifty percent (50%) deposit and return any additional monies that you have paid.
HEALTH
Customer is responsible for quarantining all new specimens for a sufficient period of time. Reptile Makers will not be responsible for the alleged or actual death or illness of other animals in your collection due to your failure to follow appropriate quarantine protocols. Customer represents and agrees that he or she has the knowledge, ability and experience necessary to properly care for these animals. Reptile Makers will take reasonable steps to provide after-sale support and advice, but cannot guarantee that Customer's new reptile will thrive due to differences in husbandry practices. Reptiles sometimes go off-feed as a result of the stress of shipping or being placed in a new environment.
SHIPPING
Shipping within the United States is not included in the price of all reptiles, unless stated otherwise. Reptile Makers ships via FedEx and requires that reptiles be picked up from a FedEx facility. Reptile Makers will delay shipping if weather conditions will jeopardize the health of the reptile(s).
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Reptile Makers guarantees live arrival, provided that Customer complies with all of the following requirements:
1. Customer must pick up the package within one (1) hour of FedEx making it available for pick up;
2. Customer must notify Reptile Makers of any problems within two (1) hour of receiving the package; and
3. Customer must provide Reptile Makers with a picture of the deceased animal(s).
Should a reptile arrive deceased, and Customer satisfies the above requirements, Reptile Makers will provide Customer with a full refund. If Customer insists that Reptile Makers ships directly to his or her door, or if hold for pickup is not an option, live arrival is not guaranteed.
SEXING POLICY
Sex is not guaranteed however Reptile Makers does it's best to provide accurate sexing on all reptiles.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
