At the time of shipping, all animals offered are guaranteed to be healthy (in accordance to Health Statement below), feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise noted. Even though sex is guaranteed, mistakes still happen, so properly checking the sex upon arrival is a must. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you towards your satisfaction on a case-by-case basis. However, Under NO circumstances will a return of animals be accepted. We are an exclusive collection with few incoming animals. Once an animal has arrived safely via shipment, the transaction is again, considered complete. Shipping through Ship Your Reptiles if and only when weather permits at destination, as well as departure state. Hub delivery requested at our discretion for safety of said animal. These terms are to be considered final and acceptable when purchasing an animal.
Health Statement: We recommend quarantining animals for a minimum of 90 days prior introduction to your other collection. Failing to do so risks this animal and the rest of your collection which we will not assume the liability for. Due to our inability to determine your environment and care of the animal, we have a no refund or return policy. Live arrival and mite free guarantee. Pesticide free if indicated. Animals will be properly sexed and in a thriving state as they appear prior to being listed for sale. Grathis Reptiles LLC, to the best of our ability, represent healthy animals for sale. Grathis Reptiles LLC cannot guarantee unknown or non-visible ailments beyond reasonable expectation. This is to include: Congenital defects, unknown pathogens and/or ailments that cannot be reasonably deduced from a visible inspection. Once an animal is received by buyer as stated, funds will be released and the transaction will be considered complete. However, we are willing to offer further animal care advice after your purchase. We enjoy a rich history of post-transaction customer care and support.
Listed prices are plus exact shipping (unless otherwise noted). Multi-animal discounts are available plus combined shipping. All animals are feeding on frozen thawed (F/T) rodents unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Payment plans require a 20% NON refundable deposit. All credit card transactions will incur a 3.8% fee.
Deposits are NOT refundable, no matter the circumstances. However, if you back out of a payment plan or change your mind, your funds can be transferred to any other animal we have available. Unfortunately, they cannot be refunded. If we are sold out for the year, you will have a standing credit with us till the following season. If you break a payment plan or failed to meet the terms in which we agreed upon. You must make contact with us within 7 days to discuss the situation. We understand things in life come up and are committed to the positive experience of our customers. If you fail to make contact with us within 7 days, the terms of the payment plan will be terminated and that animal will no longer be available to you. At that time, you will have a standing credit with us towards another animal but will not be able to enter into another payment plan longer than 30 days.
We avoid payment plans for boas $299 and less otherwise we are happy to offer:
• 30 day payment plans for orders $300-499
• 60 day payment plans for orders $500-999
• 90 day payment plans for orders $1000 and up
For larger orders, longer payment plans may be available but the terms must be discussed with us prior to entering into a longer term payment plan.
Shipping: Shipping is done primarily through Ship Your Reptiles. All of their guidelines must be met prior to shipping to avoid cancelling the insurance placed on all packages. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred and is required for shipping when temperatures are on the extreme side on receiving end. We only ship out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s for next day arrival.
Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship.
