I’m Josh Alvarez, I’ve been breeding reptiles in a large scale as SBReptiles since 2020. I breed quality reptiles that people can either enjoy as pets or investment quality breeders. I work with multiple species and enjoy the diversity within my collection. I strive to offer the best customer service before or after a purchase with me. I take a lot of pride in what I breed and sell and you can expect nothing but quality from me.
Store Policy
Payments & payment plans accepted through Zelle, PayPal, Cash app & Venmo. We also accept debit / credit all major cards + tax
-Invoices & receipts sent via email through S.B.Reptiles LLC invoicing system.
-Payment plans available on purchases $500+ 30days, deposits are non refundable.
Custom payment plans available for larger purchases (please contact me for further details)
-All reptiles sold or shipped out by us are guaranteed on a 7day health guarantee. All of our reptiles have Shed , Taken meals, & passed a stool.
-We ship through ShipYourReptiles exclusively and offer live arrival insurance through them at an extra cost. We only ship for Next Day Arrival. We are able to guarantee live arrival and health of the animals only when shipping from fed ex hub to fed ex hub. Shipping to residential or commercial addresses voids all guarantees or insurance. All Reptiles must be picked up within an hour of delivery to the fed ex hub to not void any guarantees or insurance.
-For any case of DOA , Injury sustained during shipment, or any issues. Please contact us no later than within the first 2 hours of receiving your reptile. Send us pictures and proof of any issues and we will prioritize fixing the situation. For a case of DOA (we proudly can say we have never had) we will offer a replacement , credit , or a full refund at our discretion that we see fits just.
Not contacting us immediately will void any guarantees or insurances previously stated.
-Please be aware of your state laws for the reptile you are inquiring for.
-Please have prior knowledge on the reptile of interest and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
When you are ready to purchase please send your name as shown on your ID, contact info (phone number & email), and your local FedEx address that accepts live animals. (If you do not know what fed ex accepts live animals I am more than happy to find options for you Just send your zip code!)
