About
South Florida Rodents and Reptiles has been breeding Quality Ball Pythons and Feeders since 2001.
SouthFloridaRodents.com is based out of Southwest Ranches, FL. We produce mice, rats & quail and distribute rabbits, chicks, crickets & worms as feeder animals for the reptile and birds of prey communities. We sell to small breeders and local pet shops up to some of the nations leading breeders and zoos. Our product is available at the most affordable price, with year round availability. Since your reptile’s health is based on what you feed it, we feed all our animals a scientifically formulated, vet approved rodent diet. We DO NOT sell lab surplus rodents. All our rodents are produced on our farms, which is why all our animals are form fitted to the bags and Zip Locked or Vacuum packed for an extended shelf life.
Store Policy
Live arrival guaranteed as long as somebody is available to sign for the delivery on the first attempt to deliver by FedEx.
Shipping is weather dependent. Please be aware of all local laws regarding reptiles, they are your responsibility not mine.
Store policy. Shipping of all animal's will be delivered via FedEx Priority Overnight and will arrive at your front door or business the very next day. All animals will be shipped in appropriately-sized insulated foam shipping boxes, and a 40 hr. heat pack will be added when cold weather conditions warrant. Animals will not be shipped when weather is below 30 degrees.
* All snakes that are shipped are guaranteed to be properly sexed, healthy, and hatchlings will have eaten at least three times unless otherwise specified.
* While the vast majority of our shipments go very smoothly and successfully, since these are live animals, there can always be the very slight possibility of something going wrong with shipping. This has yet to happen to us, but if for some unforeseen reason you happen to receive an animal that is DOA, please send us a digital image of the deceased animal within 24 hours of arrival and we will fully refund the cost of that animal or provide you with a replacement of equal value, if you so choose. We may ask that you ship the animal back to determine what caused the issue before your money is refunded.
* We will not refund for the accidental death of animals left in a vehicle/container in the sun by the customer or for any other reason that is the direct fault of the purchaser. Please be sure of the safety of your transportation/temporary housing procedures in advance of purchase. The customer must pay shipping or transportation costs if they choose to return an animal.
