Store Policy
Animal Welfare
- All animals are shipped out once feeding consistently and in a healthy state. This is usually at around 150 grams and after 10 consecutive feeds for juveniles.
- All animals are guaranteed to be pest and disease free, and eating defrost prey unless otherwise stated.
- Whilst all my animals are handled regularly and generally placid, temperament can change over time therefore I cannot guarantee animal temperament.
-By purchasing an animal from me, you are expected to understand the husbandry requirements for that animal. I reserve the right to withdraw a sale if I fell the animal's welfare is at risk.
Sexing and Genetics
- All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there is any problems or not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of arrival.
- Due to potential issues with ID'ing certain gene combo's etc, all potential combo's will be listed in the animal's listing; eg. BEL complex.
-All hets are 100% guaranteed.
Payments.
- All sales are final
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer or cash if collecting in person
- Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis. Typically on snakes with a value greater than £300. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the animal with the remainder due over 30-60 days
