Payments are Paypal F&F and CashApp.
All Sales are final. If you should need to cancel for whatever reason it is a 80% refund.
Winter shipping is a no-go unless weather on both sides and the route between allows, no shipping below 40 degrees and above 90 degrees.
Only Hub to Hub shipping currently unless otherwise agreed upon, shipping is our discretion. We offer a 7 day health guarantee on all animals shipped or purchased in person unless otherwise stated, if your animal falls ill within this time with evidence we will either replace it with a similar animal or offer equal credit for other animals. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Geckos- Regarding their health guarantee we unfortunately can not control certain gecko species who can sometimes drops their tails for no specific reason during shipping as one example.
For LAG-
We require notification via e-mail, call, text, etc. within 1 hour of receipt(or time stamp on FedEx website) to let us know the package was received or this health guarantee will be null and void, as leaving any animal outside in the weather may be harmful. "HOLD FOR PICKUP" shipments must be opened to check on the animals within the hour as well to qualify for LAG to ensure there is no confusion or miscommunication. This is necessary for the buyer and seller's peace of mind. Any weather under temperatures recommended by Reptiles2you and Reptiles Express will not be shipped regardless if it is held at a hub for the animals well being.

Payment plans are welcome. 25% non-refundable deposit is required, as well as required for holds. Payment Plans are up to our discretion. Payment Plans are available starting with Purchases of $400 and up unless otherwise agreed upon.
