¤ Shipping ¤
Live arrival is guaranteed if the animal is delivered on time at the scheduled destination.
~ Shipping Carriers
FedEx Priority Over Night via Reptiles-2-You for arrival by 10:30 am.
* Arrival times may vary depending on the location of the destination. In the event a package has not arrived by the FedEx estimated TOA or is delayed - please contact us immediately so that we may contact FedEx and gain insight on the reason for delayed shipment.
~ Shipment Days & Temperature Specifications
Shipping is only fulfilled Tuesday and Wednesday to minimize delays and to avoid the risk of an animal being stuck at the location hub beyond the scheduled delivery date or over the weekend.
Arrangements to a residence or work address must be made for one to accept delivery of the animal with the requirement of a signature. Shipping to the nearest FedEx hub is available if requested by recipient prior creation and finalization of the shipping label, or can be changed via FedEx by the recipient.
Temperatures between 40ºF and 80ºF are within the safe-zone for shipping and will include heat or cold packs at no extra cost if required.
Spring Loaded Cresties is not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
We reserve the right to delay shipment due to extreme weather conditions at no additional cost.
Please open shipping boxes and receptacles and inspect all animals immediately upon acceptance of the shipment.
We are willing to meet within a reasonable distance for local sales.
¤ Health Guarantee ¤
I guarantee all animals are healthy, eating and sexed properly (unless sold as unsexed or probable sexed. I do not guarantee sex but will loupe for visible pores upon request). Coloration and overall development of hatchlings and/or juveniles is not guaranteed and is based on judgment and critique of myself as only a professional guesstimate and nothing more.
We offer a one-week health guarantee on all animals. If we do not hear from you within one week, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase and we will consider the transaction complete. This seven-day limited guarantee does not cover injury once in your care (dehydration, malnourishment, or any other negligence or calamity on your part).
All delivered animals come with a (LOA) Live On Arrival guarantee, however, all guarantees are void if no one is present to accept the package at the time of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to track packages and expect delivery. In the very unlikely event that your animals are (DOA), Dead On Arrival, contact needs to be made within 30 minutes of receiving. A photo is required for proof. While rare, dropped tails may occur during shipment, in which Spring Loaded Cresties is NOT responsible for. No compensation will be given in the event of a dropped tail, as this is entirely based off of the natural reaction of the animal when in fear or stress.
¤ Payments and Holds ¤
*This should go without saying, but as long as payment has not been received, any animal discussed is technically still for sale.
Paypal – This is the preferred method of payment due to overall convenience for both parties.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made in order to hold an animal for the duration of the sale. Any subsequent payments are also non-refundable.
Payment must be finalized within the agreed date. If the customer has not paid in full by the agreed date, a boarding/restocking fee of $5/day will be added. No less than 3 attempts will be made to collect final payment and additional fees. If in one week’s time payment & fees have not been collected, the animal will be re-listed.
Once an animal has been paid in full, the buyer must remain in contact in order to receive the animal. If no less than three attempts to contact the buyer to arrange shipping or pickup have been made with no return communication, the animal will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of Spring Loaded Cresties after 15 days.
Payment plans are done on a case by case basis and will be open for discussion between Spring Loaded Cresties and the customer.
We have the right to refuse a sale or cancel a transaction before it is completed. Once payment is received, the sale is considered final.
If a replacement is necessary, we reserve the right to replace the animal with a similar animal that is of equal value and will be done on a case by case basis. If the animal cannot be replaced, a credit will be given towards a future purchase. We DO NOT grant cash refunds of any kind for any amount unless it is the result of a DOA. This does not include the 25% non-refundable deposit.
Sending payment of any kind confirms that the buyer has Read and Agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Spring Loaded Cresties
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
