Store Policy
Payment, including actual shipping though Ship Your Reptiles, is due within the agreed upon time frame before animal will be shipped. Animal sex is guaranteed. Animal genetics are listed as accurately as possible. Live arrival is guaranteed so long as animal is signed for upon arrival at residence or picked up from shipping center on the same day. Any issues MUST be announced within 24 hours of animal's arrival.
SHIPMENT POLICY: In accordance to ShipYourReptiles recommendations, shipping may be delayed due to severe weather such as high or very low temperatures. We will contact the buyer about specific arrival dates. All shipping is overnight.
