My name is Steve Young and I am the owner of SRY Exotics. My love and passion for this hobby is 2nd to the love for my family. Here at SRY Exotics we pride ourselves on producing quality animals for all levels of the hobby whether, it's a first time owner or a seasoned breeder. Store Policy
SHIPPING:
Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. You must be available on the first (home) delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is void. Shipping is done Monday thru Wednesday via Fedex Priority overnight, I'm currently shipping from FedEx hub to FedEx hub to hold for pick up and for the live arrival guarantee to be in effect. The animal must be picked up within 4 hours from arrival at the FedEx hub, if not the customer assumes all risk and the live-arrival guarantee is no longer valid. The live delivery guarantee is void if we are provided with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information. In the unlikely event an animal dies during transit, I will replace the animal with one that is of equal genetics(if possible) or issue a credit for the full amount of the purchase price that can be used toward any animal. I have the right to request proof of death of the animal. Failure to provide proof of death will void any guarantees.
Shipping will only take place between 32 and 90 deg.
PAYMENT:
To place an animal on hold a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis but a plan may follow as such: $500 to $999 30 days and $1000 and over 60 days. The non-refundable deposit is not transferable and it is meant to absorb the costs associated with holding and removing the animal from market. Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan and all deposit will be non-refundable.Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on any money collected throughout the payment plan. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay as agreed. We reserve the right to decline offers for payment plans.
No payment plans for animals on 72hr sale or auction.
All sales are final.
I accept payment through PayPal friends and family and Zelle along with money orders and personal checks. Payment must be made in full and clear before we will ship the animal.
Genetics and Sex:
Due to the increasing complexity of genetic combos we cannot guarantee incomplete dominant gene combos but give a theoretical I.D. to the best of our abilities. All recessives and heterozygous animals are 100% guaranteed.
The sex of the animal being delivered is guaranteed but please double check the sex of the purchased animal. The claim period is 1 day, please double-check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
Once a buyer receives the animal they accept all responsibility of the animal purchased. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at anytime.
