Store Policy
Guarantee on all reptiles we sell, live arrival guarantee will be voided if not contacted with an hour of package arrival. If not present at time of delivery all health guarantees are then void. In the off chance the reptile arrives DOA , I must be contacted immediately, and provided a good clear photo. A refund or a replacement animal of your choice equal to or less then originally purchased. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Guarantee is void if there is any negligence on the purchasers behalf. In the event of a gecko dropping its tail during shipping we will not offer a refund . We ship only when the weather is between 40 and 90 degrees. We ship Monday through Wednesday only No exceptions.
