SHIPPING NOTICE:
Please be patient with weather advisories. The safety of the animal is the most important factor and patience until weather is suitable for shipping is always appreciated.
GENERAL MORPH MARKET POLICY
1. Definitions
1.1 Full Refund and Return (FRR): compensation amounting to 100% including the cost of the animal plus shipping plus return shipping costs. This includes Seller purchasing the return shipping label. Alternatively, StarPythons can send an acceptable, agreed-upon replacement at our own expense.
1.2 Claim Period: Time period which Buyer has from delivery to contact StarPythons and make their claims. Evidence should be included with the claim or provided upon instruction from StarPythons.
1.3 Return Period: Time period that Buyer after notification of claim in which to arrange suitable shipping dates with StarPythons, making sure the shipment will not land on a weekend or holiday.
1.4 Non-Return Compensation (NRC): If Buyer refuses to return the animal, StarPythons does not have to refund the full amount, but may provide a partial refund depending on the value of the animal.
1.5 Proof: Should the Buyer and STarPythons not be able to agree, MorphMarket will make the final determination of whether sufficient proof and evidence have been provided to support a claim.
2. Guarantees, Payments, Deposits and Refunds
2.1 Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer backs out of a deal.
2.2 If StarPythons backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, StarPythons is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2.3 If StarPythons fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions), then StarPythons may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund.
2.4 If StarPythons goes 10 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then StarPythons may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animal Attributes
3.1 StarPythons guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad. If StarPythons ships the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, we are responsible to replace the animal with the correct one or otherwise have to offer a FRR. The Claim Period is 24 hours after receiving the animal and Return Period is 1 week.
3.2 StarPythons guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain. If StarPythons ships a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, we are responsible for FRR. Claim Period is 3 days and Return Period is 1 week.
3.3 StarPythons does not advertise any weight or length but can provide these information upon request.
4. Animal Health
4.1 StarPythons guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
4.2 StarPythons is responsible for shipping delays and mishaps when transgressing good shipping practices. StarPythons is not responsible for shipping delays caused by FedEx or for those caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).
4.3 If an animal dies or is lost due to StarPythons negligence in shipping, then StarPythons is responsible for FRR.
4.4 If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then StarPythons is responsible for FRR. Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
4.5 StarPythons is not responsible for animal temperament.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
