Here at Macks Reptiles NH we are a small family business who spend all their free time caring for these beautiful animals. Small breeding year 1-10clutches a year. We also have a educational program where we show our animals to the public, so we work hard to handle and tame them down and keep them that way. We have a little bit of everything and if you do not see something you want, ask if I have it. If I do not have it I will work to get it for you.
Store Policy
I am only shipping hub to hub at this time. FedEx is not guaranting door delivery on time. Until further notice for the safety of the animals that is why this must happen. I'm sorry for any inconveniences. I will hold animals for as long as needed with full payment and a small feed fee. If you can not get to your local hub.
Live arrival guarantee, you will get pictures or a video of the animal/animals you will be receiving if you wish. 30 day hold with 25% non- refundable down. Shipping will be done through FedEx next morning by 10:30am. Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 35-90.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 1 hour of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of deliver
