About
We are a small family owned Reptile shop located in Livonia, Michigan. We've been in business since 2002. I've been working with reptiles since 1981 ... I've been producing reptiles since the early 1990's.
Lately my husband and myself have been focused on producing quality ball python morphs, crested geckos ...we're just having some fun seeing what we can make :) Hope you enjoy our work
Store Policy
We except PayPal on line anytime. We also except Visa, MasterCard or Discover over the phone. Please call 248-919-0056 during business hours to arrange for this type payment. Payment must be verified & paid in full before we ship.
Business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday 12 to 7 pm, Saturday 12 to 5 pm to arrange for credit/debit purchases or if you have any questions.
Shipping
We ship priority overnight via FedEx within the contiguous USA Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Must be picked up at your local FEDEX Hub by 10:30 am on the scheduled shipping day. We will verify this with you before shipping.
Shipping supplies such as box, container, insulation, hot packs and cold packs are included in the shipping cost.
Weather
Temperatures must be within safe zones before we will consider shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment due to weather... the animal’s safety is top priority. If weather is not permitting and reptile is paid in full we will hold & care for that reptile until we are able to ship it safely.
Live arrival guaranteed provided:
– Shipping temperatures over the duration of the shipment are within a safe range.
– Someone is available to pick up package at closest FedEx hub.
– Accurate shipping address provided.
– We are contacted within 30 minutes of receiving the shipment with the status of the animal.
