Customer service focused boutique breeder specializing in producing the highest quality morphs. I started in this hobby 25 years ago. My son and I now enjoy all aspects of this hobby together and strive to create the healthiest and most beautiful morphs possible. This starts by choosing only the highest quality genetics from the most trusted breeders in the business.
I've been in the customer service business for 20 years and take it very seriously. My goals are to ensure that you are completely satisfied throughout the entire transaction and that all questions are all answered promptly and professionally. Store Policy
## PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I ONLY SHIP ON TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, AND ONLY TO YOUR LOCAL FEDEX HUB. ##
Payment:
I prefer to use Square (easy Credit and Debit payments) for my sales, but also accept Venmo, Zelle, Wires, Money Orders and Certified Checks. I prefer not to use Paypal when possible. Payment is required in full prior to shipping. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Payment Plans:
Animals can be reserved with a 25% nonrefundable deposit on animals over $500 only, at full price, with the full balance due in 30-60 days, depending on the terms that we agree to. Failure to pay the balance in full within the determined terms will result in a forfeit of the 25% deposit. If I am unable to provide the animal purchased, a full refund will be provided.
Shipping:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, correctly sexed, accurately represented, healthy and feeding. Animals will only be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures, based on my discretion. I will not risk the health of the animal by shipping during extreme weather conditions. All animals are shipped FedEx Overnight to the nearest FedEx Hub. I only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Shipping costs range between $50 and $100, depending on your location. A shipping quote will be provided upon request.
Guarantees:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Abe's Exotic Reptiles, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution to the issue. FedEx Hub deliveries must be picked up the day the animal arrives to the hub. If there is a DOA, you must contact me within 1 hour of delivery.
Returns:
Not offered at this time. I try to represent my animals accurately with great pictures and very descriptive ads. If you have any questions at all, please ask before committing to the purchase of an animal.
