All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed.
The live arrival guarantee will be void if we are provided the incorrect shipping information or you are not available to pick your shipment up from your local Fex Ex hub in a timely manner.
Payment.
We accept PayPal, and personal checks.
All purchases must be fully paid off and cleared before anything is shipped. Sorry, but there are too many scammers out there. Reasonable cash offers will be considered.
Payment plans are available on an individual basis, please contact us to discuss terms.
Shipping
We ship FedEx Priority Overnight. If purchasing more than one animal we can ship multiple animals in the same box saving you on the additional shipping cost. All animals will be placed in either a deli cup or snake bag and shipped in a styrofoam lined cardboard box. Heat or cool packs will be used as needed.
Extreme weather conditions may influence shipping schedule. We will hold any animal purchased and care for them as if they were still ours at no additional cost to you until the weather is right for shipping.
We ship Monday-Thurs. Holidays may disrupt our normal shipping schedule as well.
