Payment:
We accept Paypal and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
We will combine shipping on multiple animals to save on shipping costs. Full payment for animals and shipping must be received prior to animals being shipped out.
Animal Guarantee:
We Guarantee all our animals for 7 days from time of arrival to be healthy provided proper care is given. if you have any questions about care prior to or after receiving an animal contact us at [email protected] . Documentation may be required for any issues that arise within those 7 days including but not limited to pictures and/or veterinary records.
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health.
Shipping:
Live arrival guarantee only applies if you are present and sign for the animal. Photo proof required within 2 hours of having received the animal in event of D.O.A. Refunds apply to the cost of the animal only and not to any shipping costs.
We ship through "Ship Your Reptile" Monday and Tuesday for pickup Tuesday and Wednesday weather permitting.
