At Swan Exotics we work with a variety of reptiles, rodents, and invertebrates. Our animals take primary focus and we do our best to ensure they live enriched, happy lives.
Store Policy
*Payment*
Animals on hold must be paid for in full within 24 hrs of reservation or they will be released from hold and become available to the general public again. Payment is accepted via Cashapp, Venmo, Square, Chime, Zelle, or PayPal.
Payment plans are available:
$250-$499: 30 day payment plan with 25% non refundable deposit.
$500+: 60 day payment plan with 25% non refundable deposit.
Failure to pay in full within the given time frame will result in the animal(s) being relisted and deposits forfeited.
*Live Arrival Guarantee*
- All animals shipped will come with a live arrival guarantee. In the unfortunate circumstance of DOA buyer must send a clear picture or video of the animal within one hour of arrival.
- All animals should be thoroughly inspected by the buyer at the time of arrival to ensure the animal is in proper health and condition. Any concerns should be sent to us within one hour of arrival so that we can address the issues and work on a proper resolution for the issue(s).
- Once the animal has arrived safely and has been properly inspected by the buyer our guarantee is considered fulfilled.
*Holds*
- once the animal is paid in full we offer free holds for as long as necessary and will ship out whenever the buyer is comfortable and ready for their new companion.
*shipping*
- We ship following guidelines outlined via redline and carefully monitor temps to ensure the safety of the animals first and foremost. We do not ship if conditions reach below 40 or above 95.
-FedEx hubs are preferred however we will ship to residential upon request.
-We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays but occasionally will ship on Mondays upon request.
- Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of purchase and is dependent on location. If you’re looking for a shipping quote please dm us your zipcode!
